Frage Neues konto (Legitimieren) ?

Wo mache ich diese Legitimieren kann (Wien) für Vitrade DE broker ?


Please help , .. im Slovenian, and i live in Wien.
I dont speak german but I wanna know , where can i make a legitimation for some DE brokers, .. Vitrade , CMC , Dab-bank , Cfx ..

I also have to confirm a copy of my passport , that the copy is the same as original. Where can i do that ?
Where is the cheaper to do that ? (Embassy , Consulate, Notary.. ?)
